Okay, so here it is, the romantic endgame for all the characters. Keep in mind, I did not know this at the beginning of the story, and there are points in which characters are bonding with people they do not end up with, and that’s messy and it will not feel as if it’s a romance in which everything is all perfect and fated and meant to be.
I hope I have done a good job, however, when we get to the end, of making it still feel as if it’s as beautiful and rare and precious of an end as any fated story feels. I hope the romance still feels transcendent.
Anyway:
Deandra and Stone end up together in a pair bond.
Rachel ends up with Palmer and Bode as a threesome.
